Welcome Center - Student Registration
We understand that not everyone has access to a computer and/or the internet, so you are welcome to call the Welcome Center at (707) 279-1511 Ext 1033 or text us at (707) 245-4061 or email at welcomecenter@kvusd.org to schedule a time that is convenient for you to come on down. You may also schedule an appointment. We can walk you through the whole process.
We understand that English is not everyone’s first language. For families who need support in Spanish, Alexandria Duarte is our Bilingual Liaison. She serves the parents and students of Kelseyville Unified. She has offered to help Spanish-speaking families through the school enrollment process. She can be reached at aduarte@kvusd.org.
Returning Student Registration
Parents of students who were enrolled last year will complete Returning Student Registration by logging in to their PowerSchool Parent account and selecting "Forms" from the list of options on the left side menu.
If you do not already have a parent account, view the instructions for creating one.
The information needed to connect your students was sent by email. However, it can be requested again by contacting your school office or helpdesk@kvusd.org.

2024-2025 School Year
KINDERGARTEN
Students must turn 5 years old by September 1 to enroll in kindergarten.
TRANSITITIONAL KINDERGARTEN
Students must turn 5 years old between September 2, 2024 and June 2, 2025 to enroll in transitional kindergarten (TK).

If you live within district boundaries but your student would like to attend a KVUSD school outside of their local attendance area, you must complete an intradistrict transfer request form (even if your student has been attending an out-of-area school). Transfer request forms are due May 31, 2024.
We understand this may be an adjustment for some families, and we will try to accommodate everyone’s requests, but we are legally and ethically bound to follow our board policy and California Education Code to be sure all students have equal access to learning opportunities.

*Proof of address must be a utility bill, rental agreement, mortgage statement. If residing with someone- please provide the following Shared Residence Affidavit (English | Espanol)

*Make the Doctor's appointment for the physical as early as possible. These appointments are harder to get closer to the start of school.
