Summer School & Camp
KVUSD is offering a half Day Summer School Program K-8. Our start date will be on Monday, July 8, 2024 through Friday, August 2, 2024. Start time is 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Students will eat lunch and breakfast during these times. Transportation will be provided to and from school in some areas.
Summer School sites include: Mountain Vista Middle School and Kelseyville Elementary. Kelseyville Learning Academy students may also participate at these sites.
Applications for Summer School are due by Thursday June 8th.
2024 Summer School Goal
Our goal is to expand learning opportunities in Language Arts, Math, core subjects and fundamental areas due to learning loss.
Please remember Summer School student candidates are prioritized based on teacher recommendation, areas of academic and learning needs as well as interventions to support them. If you have already received a paper Summer School Application there is no need to reapply due to priority registration. Registering your child/children does not guarantee they will be attending Summer School, although parents are encouraged to apply.

EDMO Summer Camp at Kelseyville Elementary
Summer camp is the heart and soul of EDMO. Camps are designed to help every kid cultivate a sense of self, own their impact, and feel confident to show up in the world as the one-of-a-kind person they truly are.
At Camp EDMO, we start and end each day with singing, jokes, and skits to keep the energy high. Campers rotate through various daily activities based on the week's theme, with a focus on science, technology, engineering, arts and math skills. We also focus on building self-confidence and practicing mindfulness through social-emotional learning. For extra fun, we have theme days like Wacky Wednesday, Thursday Dress Up Day, and Friday Pie Day!
