TK & Kindergarten Enrollment Information

| TK (Transitional Kindergarten) | Students must turn four (4) years old by September 1, 2025 to enroll. |
| Kindergarten | Students must turn 5 years old by September 1, 2025 to enroll. |
What You Need to Enroll
- Birth certificate
- Updated immunizations
- Proof of address*
*Proof of address must be a utility bill, rental agreement, mortgage statement. If residing with someone- please provide the following Shared Residence Affidavit (English | Espanol) - School entry physical
- Oral health exam
*Make the doctor's appointment for the physical as early as possible. These appointments are harder to get closer to the start of school.
