Gaggle Therapy

About

Gaggle Therapy is a service that partners licensed therapists with students selected by the school for ongoing teletherapy sessions.

Refer your student.

Process

Students will register for Gaggle Therapy primarily through referrals from school counselors. If a teacher believes a student would benefit from counseling, the teacher will notify the school counselor, who will then connect with the student and his or her parents. Parents can also refer their student by reaching out to the school counselor or by going online to refer their student directly.

Once the online referral form is complete, a Gaggle Therapy representative will reach out to the family for a full intake. All information is private and protected, in accordance with the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The Gaggle Therapy counselor will work with the student and family to make sure the student’s one-on-one telehealth session with the counselor is scheduled at a time that works best. Once the appointment is made, students will receive an email with a link to their telehealth session.
