• School Immunization Requirements: Dtap, Tdap, HepB, Polio, MMR, and Varicella
• Flu
• COVID
• HPV
• Shingles - limited supplies
• Prevnar20 - limited supplies

Eligibility:

• 18 years of and and under
  • Medi-Cal/CHDP
  • Uninsured (no health insurance)
  • American Indian & Alaskan Native
• 19 years of age and older
  • Uninsured (no health insurance)
  • Underinsured (eligible only if listed vaccines are not covered by health insurance)

Flu Vaccines - 6 months and older

Time: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm | 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
