Please note, Beginning the 24 - 25 school year, sports physicals will be turned in through our MVMS Athletics Google Classroom. We will no longer be accepting any hard copies of physicals. Packets must be scanned and turned in using the students' school email. ALL PAGES of the physical packet must be filled out completely in order for students to be eligible to try out for any sport. If all pages are not filled out correctly and completely, the student will not be eligible to try out until it is completed. Packets are available in the office and are also able to be accessed and printed from the Google Classroom as well.

Information regarding Physicals and Sports here at MVMS will also be posted in the Google Classroom.
